"Excellent communication from John before and during our stay. The apartment is very well located about 10 minutes walk from the beach and the main town of La Cala and right next to a big supermarket, a lovely bodega and some great restaurants. The apartment is one of the larger 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments we have stayed in and has a fantastic balcony with a large table and chairs as well as sofas and a coffee table. The beds have good mattresses and are very comfy. WiFi is great, TV has a good selection of international channels. There is a helpful selection of bathroom and kitchen products including a great hairdryer. The apartment also includes 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds, rugs and beach towels which can be used at the pool area. Absolutely loads of bathroom towels provided as well. The pool was very well looked after. Set in beautiful gardens so plenty of shade as well as sunny spots if you are there for the day. There is a lifeguard on duty most of the opening period if needed. We would definitely recommend a stay here and would book again in the future."

"We had a fantastic stay here. The location in couldn’t be better — just a short walk into the centre for restaurants, shops, and the beach. Really easy with kids and feels very family friendly.The terrace is incredible. Big, sunny, and perfect for breakfast and dinners outside. The pool area was another highlight. Lots of sun beds so we never had to hunt for a spot, and plenty of sun all day. Great for cooling off. Inside the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d absolutely come back — the combo of location, terrace, and pool made it ideal for a family trip."

"Property looked exactly like it did in the photos. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, plates etc. spices, condiments etc were a great saving. Juice and water in the fridge very welcome for us on arrival. Roof terrace was beautiful and the sun shone there all day. The covered part of the terrace was perfect for eating and great shade when necessary from the afternoon sunshine. We enjoyed the walks to the beach, bars and the restaurants Would throughly recommend this property and we won’t hesitate to revisit."

"The house was spacious and well equipped. The distance to the sea was convenient and even the way back uphill was not too demanding. We also liked pool area, however pool was a bit too deep for us to fully enjoy it. There are few shops, restaurants and golf courses nearby. We had a great family holiday! vila was spacious and well equipped."

"Excellent property and is exactly as described and shown in pictures.Host and property management company were very helpful and good communication via WhatsApp. Host was able to sort out WiFi promptly.Location without car would be difficult but with a car easy access to AP7 and A7. We were able to explore the region very well.Access to a safe and/or alarm would be helpful but property is generally very safe. Pool area shared but very nice, child friendly and always available sun beds. Had issue with some ants in bed on top floor but we were able to improve things by washing sheets and a good hoover. I guess this is a problem this time of year and when rooms may not all be occupied. Certainly didn’t cause us too much distress. Would definitely stay again as excellent value and loved all the amenities within the property."

"Fantastic property. Pros: Pool and Pool area, along with the covered outdoor dining/seating area are absolutely fantastic and that's where we spent most of our time at the villa, both daytime and evenings until bed time. Never had a pool so warm, 5 year old absolutely loved it. Cons:Clearly been very top end villa, but now just a little dated. One or two minor issues - broken decking boards on veranda of master bedroom for jacuzzi, second bedroom (upstairs) air conditioning unit a little noisy, Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable (may be us!) but found stains on it when moving out. The basement with the Gym, snooker room and cinema room smelt a little musty on arrival, - (could also do with professional table tennis balls!). Sun beds are good but I would have expected luxury sunbeds with mattresses at this price point.- Rafa did say we should have contacted him with any issues small or large.Overall we had an amazing holiday"
