"Amazing hotel, good location."

"Location, location.. This property checks all of the boxes from check in to check out…. Located within a short walk to sea and its wonderful boardwalk we enjoyed walking everyday, along with lunch and beverage at one of the local chiringuitos. Everything is within walking distance, & local transportation is close by as well eliminating the need for a car, however ample parking on street if one was chosen ; a well stocked grocery store across the street was a nice plus. Although we did not golf on this vacation, there are several golf courses in the vacinity .. From the time we booked John was very helpful and responded to any pre-vacation questions we had. At arrival, he met us at the property to give us the lay of the land along with a lovely couple of bottles of wine and water. During our holiday, he and Brian were always ready to help with any questions we had. The condo, has all the amenities one needs on holiday, a nicely appointed kitchen, large outdoor deck, great wifi service and if so chosen, a smart tv. There is also a lovely pool however we never used it favouring the sea view. Check out was also seamless. Overall the condo is a great place to stay, for a reasonably priced, relaxing winter getaway! "We booked this property last minute after being let down. I am very glad we did. Perfect for us, a short walk to the centre of La Cala. The house is lovely , very clean and homely with a lovely little courtyard for outside, Kitchen has everything needed if you wish to cook at home. . We found a short cut to the beach instead of using the overpass which was closed due to the reconstruction of the boardwalk. there is a small underground walkway just past the overpass , only know as we saw someone use it. takes you straight to the beach just past Olivia's .Overall, a great place, and we'll stay if we are in the area again. Thank you "

"The rooms were outdated, when we arrived for check in at 2pm the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with children for 50/60minutes, we had a hire car and had to pay an additional €70 for the car park, the pool was absolutely freezing, the beach was closed, the room didn’t have air con. Overall it wasn't good at all and we won't be retuning."

"Very pleasant and spacious apartment. 10 mins walk to supermarket and town restaurants.Great view out over the town and to the sea.Issues with the Aircon when we arrived but these were resolved.Highly recommended."
