About this property

Cute New Casita only 1km to Playa Conchal-Top beach in CR

  • This brand new 1 bedroom casita is nestled among several of the prettiest beaches in Costa Rica and is on the back of our property behind our main house. Located at the south end of beautiful Playa Conchal (10 minute walk)- rated the top beach in Costa Rica, Casita de Mojo features a queen bed, kitchenette, full bath and air conditioned. Newly renovated with larger bedroom and lots of shelves and storage and new private patio out back. Has a beautiful patio and lounging area as well as full use of the pool, pool area, bbq, laundry.
    Located in a quiet gated community of only 12 homes, it has 24 hr security and everything you need to have an amazing time. You get the best of both worlds here- you get to enjoy the peacefulness of the jungle while being just minutes away from the local towns and villages and only 25 minutes to Tamarindo.
    We do highly recommend a having a car here and we do have 2 beautiful dogs who will become your best friends during your stay.

Ruined our trip!!!

This should be a BIG ZERO. Our reservation was confirmed and paid for in advance. On our way there we got a message that our reservation was canceled because owners sold the property a year ago!!! They forgot to take it off the VRBO site!!! We were left scambling trying to find a place during a national holiday weekend!!!
