"This is truly a gem of a stay. Everything is so close…beaches, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shopping. Gated with good parking and plenty of shade. Three pools to choose from and the nicest staff we had our whole trip to CR. Highly recommend!"

"Staff was absolutely great. Had a poolside room and an absolute blast celebrating New Year’s Eve. We hiked down the private beach several times. It’s beautiful and quiet. Playa Flamingo is only a 10 min walk as well. It’s a popular spot worth checking out. Definitely need to eat at Coco Loco."

"The stay here was amazing! It was made incredibly clear over and over again throughout our stay that we had chosen the right place for our family. The beach was less than 50 feet from the property, and it was a BEAUTIFUL beach with gorgeous blue water, and the very best sunsets I have ever seen. The pool was beautiful as well. It was easy to get boogie boards, paddle boards, bikes, and towels whenever you needed them. The drinks at the poolside and all of the restaurants were great. My daughters enjoyed delicious mocktails throughout our stay. My girlfriend and I enjoyed some adult cocktails, beers, and wines. The staff were ALL very attentive, helpful, and always kind and patient. "

"This is an exceptional property with gorgeous views of Flamingo Bay, sunsets every night, and just a wonderful layout. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool was amazing and it was safe. Very clean, great washer and dryer and all the things you would need. 5 minute walk down to the ocean, lots of choices for meals out and just a beautiful location and building. Monica, our contact there who helps check you in, lives there and is incredibly kind and helpful regarding any questions about the unit or the area. Highly recommend. "

He helped us with who to use for transportation to/from the airport (saving us from renting a car) and connecting us with a knowledgeable resource for arranging tours and activities. The property was great and as advertised. Do yourself a favor…don’t look any further. "

"After reading the reviews we had pretty high expectations for this property and we were NOT disappointed! Keith’s unit at the Palms is very spacious and well-kept. Keith also kept open lines of communication with us for the whole trip and between Keith and the 24 hour resort concierge if there was literally “anything” we needed it was taken care of immediately. There is a little loft area on top of one of the bedrooms that our 10 year old son absolutely loved. There is a bakery truck and a seafood truck that comes a couple of times per week and we able to try both. The bakery truck is great and has lots of pastries, breads etc. For transportation getting around the resort has a shuttle bus, and they also have golf cart rentals (about 65usd per day) however we opted to use Uber mainly for the short trips which was cost effective, quick, and we didn’t have to drive at all. For transportation to and from the airport I would recommend going through Keith or the resort, they will make sure that you have a driver ready and waiting. For your stay at the resort and in Costa Rica in general I would recommend getting WhatsApp as most calls and messaging are conducted there. We also got Esims through Airalo and 1 gig of data was plenty for the week. I’m running out of room but the highlight was having the pleasure of dealing with Keith who will ensure that you are 100% happy. You are in good hands with this host and I would not hesitate to go back! Pura Vida!"
