"The stay was great the personnel and the installations are so nice. The Breakfast is good, the pool outside the room is a plus. The access to the Beach Club adds an additional value.
The best is the personnel, in our case after the checkout we take a sunset catamaran tour and they let us to keep the car in their space and when come back they allow us to use the shower and give us towels and soap, that’s their level or service.

"Just left Casa Moderna in Playa Conchal. We had the best time!! The house is exactly as the pictures and description represent. We traveled with my parents who use walkers and canes. The floor plan of the house made accessibility very easy for them. House’s open floor plan was plea ty of room for our group of eight. Isabel, the house keeper and cook, was wonderful!! She was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. We had homemade drinks every afternoon. She had fresh guacamole and pico each day for us. She is so sweet and was able to provide us everything we needed. Renzo, the property manager, was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thanks to Renzo’s advice, we had a golf cart waiting for us and found a chef that came in two evenings during our stay. The home is in a gated community which is a part of a beautiful private reserve. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning. "

"Villa Niuri is an amazing place to have a vacation. The views are amazing and even better than in the pictures! The Villa far surpassed our expectations. The grounds of Reserva Conchal are very clean and safe. Samantha, Fabiola and Ricardo are awesome! Samantha took care of all our needs. They are great cooks! Waking up to daily cooked breakfast was very nice! This vacation was by far one of the best!!!"

"When I want a quick Costa Rican vacation I always stay within Reserva Conchal where this unit is located. The unit is simply fantastic. It has everything you need in the house including laundry. The home was clean, the host was very responsive for the one small issue we had and overall the place was fantastic and well priced.The only thing I wish the unit had was a BBQ on the patio, but there is one at the pool which we used while we waited out the rain. Overall I would highly recommend this place to stay if you find yourself in Costa Rica"
