"Nice small hotel with black sand beach with gorgeous sunset and colors. The rooms are nice and large surrounding a mini jungle with nice trees and flowers. There are 2 restaurants-bars on the property that are totally overpriced (5-star hotel prices for a 3-star plus hotel). The staff is nice and the amenities are good. The pool is small and not really clean. "

"This place was everything that we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The pool was a stand out and the backyard landscaping was lovely. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants...We loved Puro coffee! Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The whole property (Casa Paraiso) and location were outstanding and was as good as the listing indicated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and the daily housekeeping was a plus. Everything worked great and when it didn't, the property manager (Jimmie) was quick to get it fixed. We had a great time and would highly recommend. "

"The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily."
