"This villa is the full package!! From its location right on the beach to the attentive staff and amazingly helpful owners you won’t be disappointed! We utilized the chef services and both meals were outstanding! The maintenance, cleaning and security were very friendly and helpful, what a great team you get with this villa! We honestly can’t wait to come back!! Rent golf carts, visit Pura for breakfast and Gecko’s for lunch or dinner they are within walking distance of the villa! Take a ride on Rickdiculius if it is available during your stay, super fun time and an awesome crew come with it! "

"We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach, everything you need is at the house with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and wave boards. The pool is beautiful and great for lounging with the sun deck chairs! We are a music group and absolutely loved that the house had Bluetooth speakers setup throughout! From the amazing sunsets to watching monkeys from the street facing balcony, we had a great time - 10 out of 10! There is construction going on next door but it never bothered us and will be complete soon (I believe at the end of 2025). "
"Let me start by helping others avoid getting lost when finding this hotel/resort. When searching on Google, it directed us to a different location—but luckily, it was close to the actual hotel. Make sure to look for Villaggio Sueño al Mar, Flor de Pacifico #5 (the correct location). Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by security, who will direct you to the main office.
I booked a villa for a family of four, which came with two bedrooms. The villa had a kitchenette, which made it more affordable to cook rather than eating out all the time. Housekeeping came by every other day to keep the place clean.
Keep in mind, this place can be a bit loud—almost like staying in the rural areas of Costa Rica. You’ll hear birds chirping, iguanas running around the premises, cows nearby, and even howler monkeys.
One of the best parts is its location: close to beaches, local restaurants called “sodas” in Costa Rica, and small markets. Just be warned—there are bugs, and they will make their way inside (ants and millipedes). Bring bug spray, because mosquitoes will find you.
Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my stay at Sueño al Mar—from the friendly, helpful staff to the unique, almost jungle-like experience."

"Casa Columbine was fantastic! The inside and outside spaces were updated, comfortable, clean, and cared for well. The backyard was an oasis with the pool and manicured gardens. We even saw monkeys, iguanas, and unique birds from the back patio. The owners stocked everything to cook excellent meals (cookware, spices, etc.), spend hours at the beach (chairs, coolers, towels, and toys), or simply relax in their expansive home. Having a full size washer and dryer allowed us to pack light for the trip. Check in and out were seamless with clear directions from the property managers and the owner. The house is close to the beach, restaurants, and many outdoor adventures, but some days we couldn’t tear ourselves away from the refreshing pool and garden. We would rate Mike’s wonderful property more than five stars if we could, and are already planning a return trip for next year. "The pictures do not do this house justice, even as amazing as they are. There were 13 of us staying in one house, with 4 kids, and 5 over 60 years old. There was ample room for all of us and never felt on top of each other. The kids ran out to the beach and we watched them from the gazebo and never felt unsafe. Jimmy was amazing and kept in contact the whole time. There was a cleaning service, security, and we opted for Donna, the in-home chef. They were all amazing! The beach was close to excursions and other beaches, and we walked to a local bar a few times. The sun sets at the beach and you can watch boats come in and out. It was clean, convenient, and everyone was so accommodating!"
