The breakfast for $5 for your party was great. They had a variety of items to eat. The buffet style setup was always full of food and drink. The staff were welcoming and kind. This.hotel offers a one free ride per day to and from by Uber to select locations in the area. We ate dinner in the 270° panaramic view of the mountains and Pacific not to mention the food was scrumptious. The location is great for West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The check in process was very simple and easy.

Will come back again. Enjoyed my stay.

Exceptional food and hotel. Parking was a bit expensive $68

We had doctor appointments early at UCLA and decided to spend the night at W. The folks were very nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit tired. We had a room that was updated to a junior suite. The snacks and wet bar was good. The bathroom products can not be better. Davines from Italy. The bed was comfy too. The real problem is the air quality... The HVAC system is very tired. There are two zones. I used clorex wipes to clean the intake and outtake vents. I had to use several sheets. And they still need a lot of work. The windows have wooden shutters. They are very dusty too... Overall the W worked out for our trip. But I'm not sure we can stay there. With my wife's asthma and my allergies was quite a challenge... This was hard to write because the staff was so nice🙏🙏🙏 All the best Burton
