"I fell in love with this property as soon as I went in. It is in need of some TLC, some bits and pieces are a bit tired looking. That being said, I found it really comfortable with gorgeous views and very peaceful. Campbell, the host, was easy to communicate with, nothing was to much trouble. This was my first visit and hopefully won't be my last. I would love to return."

"We were very pleased with this property. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely welcome package and cosy warm on arrival. It had everything we needed and was central for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend 1 Marine Place for a perfect stay on Bute"
