Condomínio para relaxar e curtir com a família
O condomínio Parque das Águas nos surpreendeu positivamente. Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. As piscinas são limpas diariamente e nessa pandemia estão tomando todos os cuidados que o Ministério da Saúde recomenda. O apartamento que deixou a desejar...por ser um apartamento antigo precisa de algumas manutenções: os banheiros precisam de uma reforma (tinha um vazamento em cima do vaso sanitário), a fechadura da porta precisa trocar, o sinal das televisões precisa melhorar e a conexão da internet é muito deficiente. Mas ressalto que o condomínio é muito bom e voltaríamos facilmente para ele. Só optaríamos por um apartamento reformado.
