Gem of a hotel.

Total gem of a hotel spotless and smells divine. Staff are so pleasent and helpful nothing too much trouble. Lady cooks the best omelette and pancakes. Breakfast is so fresh and tasty lots of options. Room was amazing sea view coming back again for sure.

A lovely hotel within easy walking distance to the beach and bars and restaurants. The staff are so pleasant and go above and beyond to make your stay special. They would be the main reason I would go back there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in that area.

Superb excellent hotel! Fantastic location.

Fantastic hotel and great location to both the beach and all of the bars, restaurants and numerous shopping on the main street. This is a superb hotel with great staff, and I thank each staff member for such an amazing service and great trip. Service with a smile and super friendly in all of their efforts. Can't wait to return.

I didn't know what to expect when booking this hotel as this holiday was a last minute plan. But I will definitely try to book this hotel again, it was clean in a great location and pieceful. Fully recommend staying here.

Loved the quiet haven away from the busy beach and shopping area. Loved the huge mix of European guests. Loved the generous breakfast selection. Loved the fact there was no daytime entertainment and the evenings were very low key. Staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this little gem.

Peaceful and quiet surroundings with a great location close to the beach. The food was really good, cocktails were excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The only downsides were some ants in the room and that the rooms weren’t very soundproof — in the mornings you could hear the cleaning staff in the hall and other guests. Overall though, still a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I loved everything about this hotel apart from the frosted glass door on the bathroom. Please invest in a proper door for privacy. And the pillows were not very good. Everything else was wonderful.

We stayed at Nilo & Spa on 08/16/25 and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The AC in our room was not working, yet the front desk insisted it was fine instead of addressing the problem. After repeated complaints and asking to speak with management, they finally promised either a repair by morning or a refund. The AC was eventually fixed, but only after unnecessary stress and arguments with multiple staff.

The condition of the rooms is very tired and in need of an update, although clean and bathroom was of high standard. Daily cleaning of room could have included a mop or good sweep to take away sand. The walls are thin, kept awake by next room who were up all night having an early morning flight, with a lot of noise caused by beds which scrape along floor. This hotel finds itself between being an adult only and a family hotel and ends up not catering that well for either in terms facilties, with older adults at pool being continually annoyed by children and staff telling children they can't jump in pool or throw a ball. The pool is small and most of it too deep for none swimmers. All staff were very attentive and friendly at all times, they all worked very hard. The pancake lady was just lovely. The breakfast was varied and mostly good , although bought and used own butter as the butter provided was awful. Only tried evening meal once, it was very nice but a little expensive, especially when children from 12 have to pay for full price adult meal.

Das Hotel ist weder besonders schlecht noch besonders gut – einfach sehr durchschnittlich. Alles ist alt und wirkt ziemlich abgenutzt – angefangen bei der kaum funktionierenden Klimaanlage über das Mobiliar bis hin zu den Bädern, die dringend renoviert werden müssten. Vielleicht spricht dieser Stil eine bestimmte Zielgruppe an? Die meisten Gäste schienen 60+ zu sein. Aber es geht hier nicht ums Alter, sondern eher um eine bestimmte Mentalität. Ich hatte das Gefühl, als wären sowohl das Hotel als auch viele seiner Gäste in den 70er oder 80er Jahren stehengeblieben – und leider ohne jegliche Lebendigkeit. Das Frühstück wäre eigentlich sehr lecker, aber durch die fehlende oder kaum funktionierende Klimaanlage kaum genießbar. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind wirklich sehr freundlich – aber was sollen sie großartig tun, wenn die Ausstattung so veraltet ist? Es fühlt sich fast so an, als wäre ich in ein Seniorenheim gereist… Auf dem Balkon stehen alte, abgenutzte Stühle und ein klappriger Tisch – alles wirkt sehr veraltet. Ein paar Pluspunkte gibt es aber doch: Es war sauber und die Lage zum Meer ist wirklich gut. Zum Pool habe ich mich mit meinem Kind kaum getraut – aus Angst, dass sein Lachen oder Schreien die Ruhe stört. Es wäre fair, wenn das Hotel klar kommunizieren würde, dass es sich vor allem an pensionierte Paare mit entsprechender Einstellung richtet. Wer so ein Ambiente mag, wird sich dort vielleicht wohlfühlen. Ich kann persönlich den Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen…

Ligger fint i forhold til by og strand, roligt kvarter, fin pool, der er køleskab til drikkevarer, dejlig stor balkon, aircon virkede fint, sengene de var dejligt brede, desværre var de meget hårde. safe box er den gameldags type med nøgle, som koster ekstra. Glimrende morgenmad.
