The main positive aspect is that the staff is very kind. On the other hand, it looks more like a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars. The drinks and coctels are not good at all, the quality of the buffet is quite mediocre and there's a lot of bees at the pool, if you or your kids are afraid of bees and wasps, it's not your hotel.

Très bien

Je n'ai pas de comparaison à Majoruqe mais cet hôtel était très bien. Le staff était sympathique, et au bar/restaurant, la nourriture comme les cocktails étaient très bons. La chambre était propre, confortable. Seul le stationnement pet être un peu difficile.

Super hotel et bon rapport qualité prix

Superbe hôtel qui propose des prestations All inclusives avec accès au spa gratuit. Dommage que les lits étaient des lits simples mais rapprochés et sur roulettes du coup ils bougeaient beaucoup. Sinon tout le staffing au top tres accueillant et aimable.

Heerlijk hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hier en daar kan het best een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Eten is goed, dagelijks een ander thema. De Spa stelt niet super veel voor. De Gym is uitgerust met 1 loopband, 2 fietsen en 2 crosstrainers. Verder 2 matjes en wat gewichten. 2 puntjes ter verbetering: bij het ontbijt meer koffiemachines en/of snellere machines. Zwembad wordt netjes onderhouden alleen heel jammer dat de bikini’s geel uitslaan.

das essen war schlecht, personal verfügt übet keine erfahrung. zimmer sehr schlecht die schränke fallen auseinander, die sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. det speisesaal war so schlecht belüftet, dass mann nach 5 minuten das frittierz gerochen hat. das hotel ist maximal ein 2 sterne hotel und nicht ein 4 sterne. war schön 10 mal in mallorca aber dieses hotel war leider das schlechteste mit abstand.

Très belles vacances !

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Beaucoup d'animations proposées aussi bien pour les enfants que les adultes. L'équipe de l'hôtel est vraiment super. Hôtel proches des commerces et de la plage! ⛱️☀ Je vous recommande cet hôtel pour passer de super vacances.

En arrivant le soir dans notre chambre, nous constatons que les toilettes sont en panne e on nous fait changer de chambre. Cela nous a entrainé dans une déambulation dans un autre bâtiment qui semblait en rénovation et sans lumière dans les couloirs avec nos valises et 2 enfants à la recherche d'une chambre en état de nous accueillir temporairement. La chambre trouvée après plusieurs essais était froide et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement le jour suivant nous avons pû récupérer la chambre initiale. Propre, avec une petite cuisine et chauffage, mas les lits à roulettes n'étaient pas agréables. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas correctement dans notre chambre. Les plus: une équipe d'animation magnifique, la restauration variée avec un personnel irreprochable, les piscines, la localisation.

Sono stato con mia moglie mio figlio 10 giorni a agosto e ci siamo trovati bene Molto comoda la posizione, in 3 o 4 minuti si raggiunge la spiagge di Torà, spiaggia bella e attrezzata Bella camera, letto matrimoniale molto grande, bel balcone, due piscine una sopra dove ci sono gli appartamenti. Colazione internazionale standard degli hotel spagnoli, buona l'animazione, ogni sera c'era intrattenimento con uno spettacolo

Tout était très bien en revanche il est très dommage que le personnel de service ne parle pas français ; j'ai pu voir quelques clients en réel difficultés à échanger avec la réception car ils ne comprenaient pas l'anglais. Everything was very good however it's too bad that the staff doesnt speak french. I've seen some french guests who couldn't barely discuss and understand the reception because they didn't speak english.

Nice hotel for challenge Mallorca

Stayed here for the challenge Mallorca triathlon. Superb location, very close to the start and finish areas. Good catering. Excellent staff. We had some problems with the electricity in our room which were quickly repaired.
