Great choice for triathletes and well situated
This is a well situated hotel with a mainly German clientele - the facilities are good and the staff are friendly apart from in the cycle rental workshop who are only interested if you are on a cycling specific package (and rude if you are not). Good Hotel for the Challenge Mallorca triathlon.

Great venue for Challenge Mallorca triathlon
Great venue for Challenge Mallorca triathlon - rooms very clean and some have great views (especially 220 at the end). weer all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble

The hotel facility was fine but there were many things to dislike. The overall vibe was a lot like a cruise... mediocre buffet meals with assigned seating. They charged us for pool chairs and beach towels, and we had to kick people out of our assigned chairs every day. None of this was explained at check-in so it was quite awkward to us and many others. It should be known too that this hotel and surrounding area cater to the German tourist. Everything is translated into German and the staff speak German as their second language. Very tough for the other tourists who were trying to converse in English.
