What impressed us most was not simply what she did, but how she did it — with incredible warmth, generosity and genuine care. It felt personal, and it meant an enormous amount to us. Alessandro and Matteo were also fantastic, always warm, attentive and ready to help, and that wonderful hospitality continued throughout our stay. Palazzo Sant’Anna is beautiful, but what we will remember most are the people. Genuine hospitality comes from the heart, and Daunia and her team have it in abundance. Thank you, Daunia, Alessandro and Matteo. You made our time in Lecce truly special. We would return without hesitation."
