Then your review is very incomplete. During your stay you changed three different rooms; then you found the one. In which unfortunately you broke the sink; but we didn't charged you any extra and we fixed it in the evening (we discovered it in the morning during the clening, very luckily because you did not mentioned it at the reception). Paying for the services requested is a duty: so it is for the courtesy set, for the electronic keys of the rooms you wanted to keep as a gadget (but a key is a key, not a gadget), and I could go on but I stop.
