"Very nice courtyard room, main building was very nice. However, service was disappointing. Arrive slightly early (2.30pm) for check-in in at 3pm, not allowed, room not available -OK fair enough. So sat & waited until 3pm. Tried to check in.....rooms still not available, would be 20mins-30mins, so oeft to return later.
