"A very nice room with en-suite shower. Comfy beds - singles as came to town to see a show with my daughter. We enjoyed a swim in the pool followed by a sauna. Check out was 12 so gave us loads of time, without having to rush. The only thing I’d have liked would be provision of more than 2 teabags, some biscuits and hot chocolate sachets. They were no fruit teabags either, seemed a bit mean considering everything else was great. Staff very friendly and efficient at check in. We were able to leave our bags behind the desk as we arrived too early for check in as we were seeing a matinee performance, which was very beneficial."

"Lovely stay! Very convenient for visiting canary wharf! Initially we didn't like our room as the door opened straight onto the main street so we were able to change immediately. The second room was much better, very clean, felt very safe and so great being able to save some money and cook our own food. Would definitely stay again! "

"Staff were so friendly. Had a cute little note in our room from the housekeepers. Was a bit confused about where to plug in the kettle though. Only 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy and I do think sockets either side of the bed is something that most people expect now. But I have to say, the hotel was ideally situated and the staff really were lovely. We will stay again! "
