Two-bedroom flat with two large terraces in the Gran Canet residential complex, located on the beach of Canet d'En Berenguer.

It has garden areas, large swimming pool with beach-type access and solarium area, children's pool and playground for the little ones, gymnasium, spa with sauna, paddle courts and sports areas.
The flat has two terraces perfect to enjoy with family or friends. One of them with incredible sea views. It also has 2 bedrooms, both with access to the second terrace, two bathrooms and a kitchen open to the living room.
The whole property has plenty of light and is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.
