Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: that our Balinese neighbor has several Bali dogs at his house which is at the entry to our gang/laneway to our villa. Sometimes he allows the dogs out of his house and they have been known to bark at our guests as they enter the gang. We assure you they are very harmless and just bark and nothing more. But if you are quite scared of dogs then this villa may not be ideal for you. Bali dogs are very common everywhere in Bali and it's often their natural behavior to bark at strangers passing by their home.
