"Wonderful clean hotel with luxurious ambience. A couple extras would have been nice like 2 pillows per person and also a complimentary teapot/coffee maker. I didn’t love that I had to drop off the key and pick it back up each time I left the hotel but the desk was always manned so it was ok. Also streaming availability would have been nice for the tv. "

"After being given a very small room we were delivered to be upgraded to a much nicer room with a beautiful view and big balcony. Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. It’s a stunning location and the hotel is steeped in history but it’s the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in… and in addition we had to pay extra for breakfast! Which was lovely but really £1k for a small room and breakfast not included! "

"This location is super convenient and it is only 5 mins away St Mark Square. Because we had a morning flight and when we arrived at the hotel was only 12pm, the check in time suppose to be after 2pm. The reception told us our room is ready which is perfect! We can dropped off our luggage and have extra time to walk around in the city. The staffs are professional and super friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel on the future."
