The hotel features a variety of nice Venetian style rooms, though my specific room (#105) is dated and could use some updating. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal—situated right near the main street with easy access to multiple public transit options. I definitely would recommend it.

Loved the parlor room with coffee, water, and pastries, plus wine and bubbly available. It was a lovely area for our group to get together after the day's activities. We stayed in 401, and very much appreciated the assistance with getting our luggage up the stairs. The room was great, but with the unusually warm weather, the a/c was struggling a bit; having the fan was a wonderful addition. Lovely location, beautifully restored. Quiet, easy access to water taxi.

The hotel was a few minutes’ walk from the main street and was secluded. The hotel had a pair of small elevators, but the top level was only accessible by stairs. We had the penthouse (404) which was split level, with the bathroom on the lower level and stairs as the only means to get to the bed / main room. The bathroom was narrow and had a tight shower. The room itself was more Victorian than modern, with curtains and ropes, and the bed and TV as an island in the middle of the room. It had limited views but plenty of windows and light, and exposed beams. It was quiet and had great air conditioning. Staff were friendly and had good English.

The location was great! It wasn’t too far of a walk from the main hustle and bustle - the hotel itself was in a quiet area which was perfect! The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff were very friendly! The room was clean & spacious. Overall 10/10 stay and I’d do it again!
