From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!

We did the mistake to not check the reviews before booking. This was the absolute nightmare. We have never experienced such miserable conditions on holliday. It was dirty everywhere. The floor was sticky, and the socks stuck to the floor. The floor under the bed and the kitchen were particularly dirty. The apartment and the building were generally in very poor condition. Check in was via a key box and the host was difficult to reach. When we called and complained about the conditions, we were met with an unprofessional attitude. He was supposed to arrange a new washing the next day, but this did not happen. We had booked 8 days, but moved out after one day. These apartments should never be listed on hotels.com

Appartement war ok. Es war alles vorhanden. Leider wurden die Handtücher nicht ausgetauscht. Das WC war nicht ganz dicht, so lief unten immer Wasser raus. Insgesamt war das Appartement recht alt, die Betten knacksden bei jeder Bewegung. Wir hatten ein Parkplatz dazu gemietet. In der Garage waren es nicht ersichtlich wo wir parken durften. Die meisten Plätze waren abgesperrt. Wir hatten öfters ein Zettel an der Scheibe, dass wir falsch geparkt hätten. Es gibt keine Rezeption, ganze Kommunikation lief über Whats up. ( nicht alle haben Internet im Ausland) Positiv es gab zwei grosse Pools aber keine Sonnenschirme an den Pools

I had to scramble to find a room during the Cannes Festival. This was a perfectly suitable Timeshare hotel. A spacious one bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and magnificent view of the water, and a very nice balcony. Unfortunately, it did not have Air Conditioning, but for an extra cost, you can rent one a portable one from downstairs which worked effectively. I wouldn't rush to stay here, but it was perfectly fine for my business trip.

Worse hotel experience ever...
I am extremely disappointed.. First time using Hotel.com and it was not a good one.. This room I reserved was not even part of the hotel. No service, no check in area ( just a table in lobby near vending machines )... Dirty, unkept, no room service, broken furniture, birds in the room.. ( Yes a pigeon )

Geen hotel service, jij moet alles online inchecken, bij problemen komt niemand naar jou toe en jij kan nergens heen. Vieze appartement. Stuk spoelen in wc douch en hele appartement. Restaurant heeft beperkte zitplaats met beperkte eet momenten. Rommelig hotel. Enige positieve is locatie, meer neit

Das Haus hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Eine Renovierung wäre super. Das Zimmer war okay, aber die Ausstattung ist auch Austauschfähig. Alles in allem okay. Wir hatten einen guten Urlaub.

Doux voyage au pays du Maghreb, si vous voulez voyager et découvrir de beau maghrébins vous allez être servis. Hôtel a leur hauteur, très sale, aucun respect du matériel et des autres résidents. Je déconseille fortement à toutes personnes d aller dans cette établissement. Niveau communication pareil impossible de joindre par téléphone la réception ( qui se situe pas dans l hôtel ) pas de climatisation non plus. Bref carnage dans cette appart hôtel ca

Det er et koselig sted, har hvert der to ganger. Synes renholdet når vi kom var litt skuffende. Merker at kjøkkenting er seigt og ekkelt. Dører og dørhåndtak ser du er møkkette. Ellers var gulvene og overflater greie. For det er et eldre og slitt rom, det visste vi. Men hadde regnet med at ting skulle være rent og ordentlig.

Hotellet meget slidt og lå langt væk fra Cannes centrum. Til gengæld lå hotellet lige ud til stranden, så vi nemt kunne tage en aften dukkert. Generelt var hotellets stand under middel.

Schönen Urlaub gehabt
Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Anlage ist optimal,alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat alles was man im Urlaub benötigt.. Nur eine Sache fand ich nicht gut aber vllt für anderen schon gut .. die Matratzen sind einbischen hart sonst alles perfekt.. Nur zum Empfehlen..

Hotel with no working personell
The hotel was very nice. It worked well with express check-in and check-out. Nevertheless, I wish there was a reception as well. It was cumbersome to always write e-mails instead of contacting the reception. In addition, I wish there was some housekeeping to change sheets and clean a little bit. The placement of the hotel was perfect, near the train station and close to the beach. We had a nice stay. The hotel looks like just in the pictures.

Bra läge
Härligt läge på lägenheten med fin utsikt. Trots närhet till järnväg så upplevdes den inte störande. Fint poolområde och generellt mycket lugn anläggning. Viktigt att känna till är det inte är ett renodlat lägenhetshotell. Exempelvis saknas reception och all kontakt sker vi mail. Läget passar både för strandhäng och som base camp för utflykter i området

Appartamento curato e ben pulito, noi eravamo in tre, me c erano 6 posti letto. Gli spazi non sono grandi, ma comunque i letti comodi e anche le attrezzature sono presenti e funzionali. Bisogna fare l abitudine ad usare il fornello ad induzione.Molto gentile l assistente che di persona e' passato al check in è anche al che k out per mia chiamata

מאוכזבת ברמות הרסו לי את הטיול
הזמנתי את החדר הכי יקר וקיבלתי חדר אחר בעל הדירה היה בדירה ואמר שנכון זה לא החדר שהזמנתי זה חדר ל 7 אנשים אבל בלי הנוף המקלחון היה שבור הכיירים לא עבדו כל הזמן דבר שגרם לנו לאכול לחוץ כמה פעמים ולבזבז כסף שלא תיכננו הפתח של הכיור נסתם ובעל המקום פשוט שחרר אותו דבר שגרם לכך שלא יכולנו לעשות כביסה המלון הזה היה נפילה קשה ומאכזבת יותר אכסניה מאשר מלון הקבלה עובדת מהשעה 9 ועד השעה 8 בערב אחרי זה אין עם מי לדבר

Номер тесноватый, но все продумано, необходимое все есть. Недовольны Hotels тем, что предоставил неверную информацию о том, что во всех номерах полноразмерные холодильники, а на самом деле оказался маленький. А так как мы приехали на месяц , для нас это было очень важно. Разобраться и предоставить номер такой, как было обещано, у hotels не было не малейшего желания. Предложили только купон 50 евро, если мы в следующий раз будем у них заказывать. Но будем ли мы заказывать, если доверия к ним уже нет?

Ett kanonställe fint poolområde med badvakt, nära till den underbara stranden i Cannes, ett plus var alla kiosker utmed stranden så man kunde köpa glass dricka öl eller lunch. Ligger lite utanför centrum men det är inga problem att åka buss.

En bra lägenhet nära strand, affär och restauranger. Dock en bit in till Cannes. Lägenheterna var bra utrustade och trevligt med dricka och snacks i kylen vid ankomst som var gratis. Garaget var bra men trångt och låg takhöjd. Wi-fi fungerade dåligt i vår lägenhet men bra i andra. Trevlig semesterlägenheter, fint poolområde

Meget stort hotel. Fungerede som det skulle. God lejlighed med flot udsigt. Dog slidt. Trænger til maling. Vi var der en uge og ej OB's på at der ikke var rengøring og udskiftning af håndklæder. Skulle selv betale toilet papir. Ejendommeligt når man tager en pæn pris pr nat i betragtning. Tæt på offentlig transport til Cannes og gode indkøbs muligheder. Flot udsigt (7.etage) , der dog spoleres af voldsom og konstant larm fra biler og tog lige nedenfor. Ville ikke vælge det igen - primært pga larmen og prisen. Reception lukket meget af tiden.

Fint hotel-lejlighed for en familie på 4, skøn altan og veludstyret the-køkken. 2 pool områder, fantastisk for mindre børn. Det eneste minus var, at man ikke måtte nyde noget ved poolen, ikke engang en cola. Der var en pool restaurant, hvor man kunne købe mad, men man måtte ikke gå derind i sit badetøj og når man købte is, skulle man spise den i et meget lille omgrænset hjørne til poolen. God beliggenhed, tæt på vandet. En god bager lige om hjørnet og flere supermarkeder i gåafstand.
