  • Dover, England, is a major port for ferries to Calais, France. The White Cliffs of Dover form part of the English coastline facing the Strait of Dover and France. The cliff face, which reaches a height of 350 feet (110 m), owes its striking appearance to its composition of chalk accented by streaks of black flint. The cliffs, on both sides of the town of Dover in Kent, stretch for eight miles (13 km). June 2017

Quiet location, beautiful views around and perfectly located!

Lovely find for last minute! The cottage was just perfect for what we needed and loved the bbq and fire pit for us to do ourselves, very quiet and is so isolated for location, you could hear a pin drop. Lovely hosts also that showed us around, very friendly and book with all local information and contact information if we needed any help also! We will definitely come back for longer in The future!
