The hotel looks amazing inside and out, and it is situated in a friendly neighborhood - approximately 5 minutes from the English Promenade, from the street where a lot of restaurants and bars have found their home, and from the tram...

We were greeted upon arrival by Yann who was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. He went above and beyond to help us plan day trips to nearby towns. The rooms were clean and modern.The staff were very accommodating. We would recommend and return again.

Great hotel. Great front of house staff - friendly, helpful, efficient. Clean, comfortable, smart interiors, room well kitted out with great AC and really nice toiletries - I had a single bed in a single room and there was still plenty of room and the doubles seemed great when I peered in from the corridor. Right at the train station if that’s important to you - although that also means a few km from the beach but on a tram line to the sea and old port. Would happily stay here again.

FIRST TIME TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, WILL GO BACK FOR SURE.

With an excellent location right on the edge of the old town and steps away from the promenade, I couldn’t fault this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean and the room I was allocated had a sea view and a balcony which was much appreciated. Water fountains on each floor were a very welcome addition. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel was excellent.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Reception staff very friiendly and helpful . A full explanation of all available services. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK apart from powdwered egg used to make scrambled eggs. It would also help if guests were told that the cold buffet and warm buffet were in seperate rooms

This was one of my best hotel experiences.the staff were friendly and the hotel is run very efficiently.The human personal touches added make this a truly great hotel to stay for a break.
