This home is maintained at an impeccable level with limited rentals accepted per year. THE HOME IS CLEANED TO PERFECTION!! Inside & out. Please see our reviews.

The newly expanded and renovated 80ft+ dock area features a huge 450sq ft shaded platform for drinks and meals. Our dock area totals 1300sq ft of over water space, one of the largest residential docks in all of Cape Coral.

You are welcome to bring you boat and tie it up to one of many docking options (with piling bumpers) during your stay. In water docking options can accommodate vessels to 30ft+ with drafts to 4ft+. We also offer free trailer parking on the lot in beside our home

Our lake is on a saltwater canal system that ties directly in to Matlacha Pass/Charlotte Harbor no locks or bridges to get to the Gulf of Mexico. By boat, the run to the most spectacular beaches and waterfront dinning in SW FL is only 45+ mins away.

In addition, there is fishing available right from the dock and fishing poles available for your use. Many guests catch dinner while relaxing on the dock. Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Sheepshead & Mangrove Snapper are all potential catches.

The home is immaculate and cleaned weekly to the highest standards. All flooring is either tile or hardwood. You will not find another home cleaned to the level of safety & perfection of this house. A minimum of 12 hours+ of cleaning is completed weekly.

His and Hers Specialized 12 speed bikes are available for use upon request.

The great room features a new 75-inch 4K Smart/ROKU TV. The TV is visible from all common areas (Family Room, Kitchen & Dinning) area for you to enjoy streaming YouTube TV (70 channels++), Netflix, Prime, HBO etc.

All bedrooms have 50 inch Smart/ROKU TV’s.

Accommodations are for 6 adults/kids. The kitchen contains appliances that were new in 2019 and the kitchen is outfitted with all cookware required by the most particular chefs.

This home is not outfitted like other rentals, every imaginable cooking item/extra is in this kitchen.

The pool cage is screened with 20/20 no-see-um screen to keep the absolute smallest of bugs out of the pool area.

Given proper notice, the owner can arrange for boat outings to the beaches and local restaurants for additional costs as well. Leave from your dock for a day of fun to look for dolphin, cruise around or go to amazing waterfront restaurants!

In addition, the owner is a USCG Licensed Captain that happy to entertain calls in advance of stays to share his 34 years of knowledge in the area reference boat navigation and recommend fishing spots throughout Matlacha Pass, Charlotte Harbor & Pine Island Sound.

The owner can also recommend golf courses that available within a 5-10 min drive. There are 100's of holes to play within a few miles of our home.

We are happy to discuss a discount for someone wanting a 30 day+.

We self manage the property so you will dealing directly with the owner and we want to ensure that everything is 100% perfection. Most properties in Cape Coral are managed by property management companies that are slow to respond and do not take pride in the cleanliness and maintenance of their properties. Our vacation house is maintained and cleaned inside and out to the highest possible standards.

All questions and requests to book will be responded to within an hour or less between the hours of 9am - 11pm.

In addition, we only rent the property for a limited number of weeks per year. The house shows zero “rental wear” so the pictures are 100% accurate. No garage access as this is reserved for the owners personal items.

Came down to see my parents. Home was close to there house so worked out perfect for us. Between the pool and the dock it was a very relaxing time. Just not long enough of a stay. House was very clean and comfortable. I will stay there again.

Great place to stay. They had all the little things that are missing in a lot of VRBO homes like soaps, kitchen towels more than one bath towel, baggies, even coffee and a couple bottles of wine! The pool was perfect and the fish were biting. Neighborhood was very quiet. We met the one neighbor and he was super nice! We would definitely stay again.

Tranquility!!

Was very pleased with this booking! The house was very clean and the pool was great! Husband loved fishing off the dock, caught a baby tarpon. Well equipped kitchen, can’t wait to return for another week of paradise. Owner was fast responding with a few questions we had.

The owners have considered every detail to make this property a 5 star. Everything was top quality, the washing appliances, the furniture, electronics, fully stocked kitchen, and very clean linens. I usually bring my own towels and linens but I felt very comfortable using theirs. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Prooerty

This property is exactly what you're looking for. Even better than advertised which usually isn't the case. We had such a nice time swimming, grilling and barbecuing by the pool. The view is second to none! You know you had fun when you really don't want to leave. We will certainly rent here again on our next trip.

Cape Coral Delight

We enjoyed the house very much even though there was some repair work going on at various times as a result of the recent hurricane. The house was well equipped for cooking and just vegging out by the pool. The mullet entertained us each day with their acrobatic leaps in the canal.

Wonderful house on the water

The house was just as advertised and was a great place for us to stay during our visit. We spent the day out and then relaxed in the pool and on the pier. The house is well stocked with any cooking gadget you may need, and we made use of the fishing rods to try our hand at catching fish. My son loved the one he caught (which we returned to the water). The sunrise is beautiful in the morning, and the linai is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch it come up. The two beds we used during out stay here were very comfortable as well. The host was very responsive and checked in on us after arrival. We plan to stay here again when we visit next.

A beautiful property

I would give this property more than 5 stars if I could. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect in every way. You won't find anything here that isn't done right, from the location on the canal to the pool and deck, the fully equipped kitchen, the large comfortable rooms, the bathrooms and showers, etc. They must have a great cleaning crew as everything is squeaky clean, believe me, I'm picky. You would never guess this is a rental unit, there are none of the usual signs of rental fatigue. The owner is 100% engaged whenever you need him. We will be back!

Felt Like Home

This is the first vacation rental we have ever stayed in that felt like home. The house was comfortable, nicely decorated, kitchen stocked with every dish and appliance you could need, newer appliances, toiletries, all linens were fresh, plenty of towels, and the best part…. it was extremely clean! The host’s guidebook has a lot of helpful information about the area restaurants and things to do that we appreciated a lot when looking for places to eat. We enjoyed and recommend the restaurants in Matlacha. Nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful view from the dock. Patrick was very pleasant and quick to answer the few questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to stay again!

Peaceful stay

We stayed at this property end of May 2023. The area was generally quiet and peaceful, though a few days there was some construction noise from across the lake. We knew the area is still experiencing a lot of development, but it wasn't constant and wasn't occurring daily. The home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials - much better than some other properties. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The dock was a bit smaller than expected - the dock with the fishing lights along the landscaped lot belongs to the adjacent property. The 4 chairs on the dock are bolted and strapped down facing inward, so we used our own folding chairs for fishing. There were a number of mosquitoes & no-see-ums in the dock area when the wind was calm, so dress/prepare accordingly. There is also only low-level lighting in the evening. The fishing from the dock was hit and miss - mostly catfish (including topsail catfish - beware) and skates, but also some black drum, mangrove snapper, and a mojarra. No luck with any of the larger game fish in the area, but that's fishing... We had a minor issue with the RO (water) system, but the owner was responsive and the issue was quickly corrected even though it occurred on a holiday. I didn't realize, though it was noted upon further review the garage was unavailable for use. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a nice home.
