Microwave, oven and bbq grill need to be cleaned by you if you have used them and they got dirty. A $50 cleaning fee will apply for each not cleaned.
BBQ grill is free to use. Spare propane bottle available in garage. When using spare, you have to get it refilled. $50 fee will apply if not refilled
