  • Welcome to Villa Greene. Escape the winter blues in this renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 bath private house with Den and a electric heated pool. Great open floor plan with beautiful laminate flooring thru out. This home offers it all, spacious rooms, over sized Flat screen TV / Streaming in living room, all bedrooms and beautiful kitchen/dining area for entertaining. All beds are queen beds. Screened enclosed patio with BBQ Grill for those relaxing nights. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, mini golfing, white sandy beaches, golfing, movies and during summer our Cape Coral water park. Reach our sandy white beaches that are approx. a 15 to 40 min. drive away depending on which beach you choose.
