"I had an amazing 6 nights stay at this property. Must say the the hospitality of staff were superb. I was upgraded to a higher category room by Mink, front desk manager. "We really appreciated the proximity of this hotel to the airport. The free shuttle was a big plus. We arrived at almost midnight due to flight delays and were gratified to see that the bar and kitchen was open until 1 a.m. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful. Every staff member with whom we interacted was friendly and helpful. A great way to start our time in South Africa!"

"The room was very clean. Our first room was facing a construction site and was noisy. Upon request, they moved us to a different room. It took them the whole day to get the room ready. The breakfast staff was numerous but slow. There were nice juices, but you need to ask for them. Coffee/tea service was very slow. The breakfast overall was amazing."
