"Very friendly and courteous staff with excellently maintained rooms. Very comfortable bed and thorough daily cleaning. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms and hallways are beautiful. There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options. "

"All of the above was great. Only negative point was that we did not find the mattress comfortable. It had some angles from use and was too hard for our taste."

"Everything was great. We enjoyed daily housekeeping and great service. The apartment was stylish and had everything we needed. The only issue was the bathrooms shower walls and floores were stained and specially in the edges of the walls there were resedues that looked like mold. If you could clean those up then it will be perfect. "

"Rooms were clean, and spacious. Small bathroom, but that’s not too bad issue for over all comfortable stay! Very great location. "

"Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year"
