You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Acquamarina n.1 in residence with swimming pool just 50m from the sea.

Apartments of about 55 square meters each consisting of: a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

Swimming pool exclusively for residence guests.

The apartments are divided into three types:

* 2 First floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Arista Mountain and a sea view veranda where you can eat.

* 2 central ground floors, these ones are the most reserved, with a wider veranda and double entrance to the kitchen / living room and a private barbecue area

*2 Front ground floors equipped with a large veranda with granite columns and a reserved barbecue area; bathrooms adapted for people with reduced functionality of the lower limbs



A video surveillance system is present in the access area to the property and in the pool area in order to guarantee total safety



N.B.

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10

It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment cost 50€

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Final cleaning € 50,00 (compulsory)
