The stay was lovely, the staff was very friendly, but the breakfast wasn't very good, empty food trays & when it was
brought out it was to late so just had toast. Service in the breakfast room was quite poor.

The grounds of the Mae’s Manor are beautiful. The staff were friendly. The hotel itself is very dated and in need of new paint and furniture. Our shower had no pressure and some mold. The towels and sheets were nice and clean though.
Helpful friendly staff. Great views and gardens very nice. Good value for price paid

Nice place for a wedding.
Needs TLC. Very low shower power. More of a drizzle than a shower.
Nice helpful staff. Very limited food option. But a good breakfast cooked to order.
What a lovely place, we had a really late check-in and was handed keys from a lovely friendly night porter. The room was very clean and comfortable and after a much needed sleep I had a lovely breakfast. I should mention that I hadn't booked for the breakfast which I should have done the night before and the receptionist went above and beyond to get me in. I had very low blood sugar that morning and needed to eat which I didn't mention so was very grateful for her efforts. I would definitely stay again if in Wales and explore the beautiful grounds

Hot day of 28c so room was red hot on arrival. No air con or fan so very stuffy as windows closed also.
Windows left open all nighttoctry to cool down
No restaurant also open due to a function so ate at pub at bottom of the hill . Very good food and.welcome .
Cooked breakfast however was excellent quality and variation.
Lovely old building with extensive, well manicured gardens. The room is fine & big enough with a comfortable bed.

An honest hotel - it is what it says on the tin
A lovely hotel, the room was comfy if dated and the shower has seen better days but this was reflected in the price, it is an honest and clean hotel.
The breakfast was value for money - a decent plateful fir the full Welsh
Parking was good and the staff helpful and friendly
