"Hotel was good, but food was terrible, no good variety, not good flavor, barely put meat at the buffet. Got food poisoning tue second day I got there, I was throwing up all day. A lot od the people that were there at same te got sick too. Pretty much menu was the same every day"

"O quarto é péssimo. Eles vendem que são duas double beds, porém não passam de duas camas de “viúva”, ou seja, duas camas de solteiro grande. Solicitei para vários funcionários um quarto q realmente tivesse duas camas de casal e nada foi feito. Aliás os supervisors da recepção foram MUITO GROSSEIROS. Um total descaso. Estávamos em dois adultos e duas crianças, dormimos super mal, super apertados. Houve dias em que o quarto não foi limpo. Colchão velho, mole, com buracos. Barulho absurdo dia e noite de móveis arrastando no andar de cima, provavelmente era um depósito do hotel. Barulho bem alto tbm dos shows todas as noites, até uma da manhã, não há uma vedação adequada, ou seja, os vidros da varanda não são grossos. O ÚNICO ponto positivo é que mesmo que você não tenha agendado, é fácil conseguir uma mesa nos restaurantes de especialidades para jantar, porém a comida não é lá essas coisas. Resumindo, eu já havia ficado em Cancún na rede Riu e não tinha achado nada demais, preço muito alto comparado ao que entrega. Depois dessa estadia no Riu da Jamaica onde ficamos MUITO mal instalados, vendem que o quarto tem duas camas de casal, quando não tem, NUNCA MAIS me hospedarei em um hotel da rede Riu."

"I did not get room cleaned and new towels for three days and they still charged me room service. They also charge for Parking - which I found very odd. I had to ask for new towels and also a microwave because the room did not have one. Overall, the resort was very clean and beautiful atmosphere, just a lot of hidden fees."

Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"I recommend that you learn to speak some Spanish. Although some staff does speak English, majority do not. The food is average, & honestly made our stomachs messed up. Mostly same daily as well. Drinks are not that strong, but decent variety. The app is helpful for events, but the events aren’t that good, they have bingo, a decades show and some other things. Honestly, the best one was the water aerobics and the pool side games, but it’s so hot and there is like no shade in the pools. Like 20-25 minutes from the airport, but nothing really around the resort. Beach is nice, has covered chair and none covered. Also a beach bar. By the pool a lot of the umbrellas are super low, which was annoying to get out of. I liked that your wristband was your card key, and they have a shuttle that runs almost all day, very convenient. Gym was nice. They also have a bowling alley, vr, gift shops, and a small casino. Also, very important, there are no elevators, so make sure if you need that 1st floor accommodation, you let them know. There are some ramps to make things accessible, but no lifts for the pool or anything. Most of the seating is size friendly."

"Great experience overall! Definitely do not miss out on booking the ocean view! Amazing view, clean rooms, great housekeeping, friendly staff, many amenities (pool with 6 1/2 feet section, hot tub, gym, spa, nail salon, gift shop, many bars/food options). Will definitely come back!"
