Checking in was difficult. Property is gated, which is nice, but the gate was closed when I arrived. The phone number Expedia provided in my confirmation email was incorrect. I had to wait on another vehicle to pull up to let me in. Once checked in, I was given the key to a room that already had someone staying in it. Rooms and buildings were nice & clean.

The staff was extermely friendly and helpful. They fixed the onlh issue i had in a matter of minutes, just with a faulty tv remote. The pool tables, gym, and cafeteria were unexpected amenities. And for dinner they offered a half rack of ribs, mashed potatoes, broccoli, full size salad, and desert all for $20. Highly recommend.

This property is very unique in that it is a secure gated compound surrounded by a security fence and requires a code to enter. (Use the phone number in the gate if you don’t have the code…the office answers promptly). Once inside the compound, the registration office is also unique as it is constructed of shipping containers. The facility is divided into two sections, one a full service RV park and the other rows of mobile homes. Each Mobil Home contains 4 rooms with a shared kitchen and sitting area between the rooms. I was the only occupant of the unit containing my room. Very clean and very secure. Overall, very interesting location, friendly service and I will definitely return in the future.
