Edinburgh City Centre2 nights4.0 star property9.2/10 - Wonderful (1,002 reviews)"This is our third time staying at the Scotsman. This time we selected a director room with city view, we stayed in room 702, it had wonderful views and a dining table surrounded by windows. We also chose to include breakfast, which I would also recommend considering. We have stayed in hotels in "new town" before also, but it wasn't the same. Different atmosphere and not as walkable. Staff are extremely helpful."Reviewed November 6, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Edinburgh (EDI)DUB - EDI • Direct EDI - DUB • Direct - Grassmarket hotel

OK seng, som til gengæld fylder hele værelset. Ungt personale, venlige - placeret i den mindste reception som var en pc og et skrivebord. Meget stor og livlig bar (hvor også morgenmad kunne indtages). Super beliggenhed i et livligt kvarter."Reviewed November 3, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Edinburgh (EDI)DUB - EDI • Direct EDI - DUB • Direct - Aparthotel Adagio Edinburgh Royal Mile

Carnbee Hotel Deals
"Excellent property directly opposite the port. Old buildings as expected, but beautifully refurbished. My room was large, spotlessly clean and full of nice touches, including lots of tabletops and drawers. The big surprise was the bathroom. It was enormous with a large modern soaker tub, separate shower stall, wc and vanity. (The only downside is trying to find a parking spot which is very difficult throughout this town, so be prepared to drop off, or walk with your luggage.) The restaurant...
"Okay, so as long as you park within the parking space lines (for fire safety reasons) your stay at the Spindrift Guest House should be a great experience. The honesty bar in the lounge is extremely well-stocked. We did not partake, but the whisky selection according to my husband was excellent. The room is spacious and well-decorated. The bathroom is small and the height of the bath may be a bit tricky for some. No baths are allowed and I found the water temperature on the tepid side when I...
"The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was excellent.. but you need to make reservations as soon as you check in. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
"Shower & bath tub had hairs in it, our booking stated a king bed but it was a double."
