"The location of this hotel is second to none. The sunsets are amazing. This was our second visit and we noticed more housekeeping issues this time than last time. Having to ask for things instead of things just being done automatically. We also had an issue with a restaurant booking we had made at reception being cancelled which was inconvenient and shouldn't have happened. Overall our last visit was a 10/10 and this was an 8/10 for those reasons. Would probably still return for the location...

"The property wasn’t in the placeI it stated caravan Park.Atlantic Bays holiday Park . The post code we ended up in a farm. Not happy. Eventually after a1.30 hours we got to the above place. There was no information which lodge .The lodge itself was grotty needs to be updated wall in bedrooms need to be bit higher. I got a cold it was damp bit tight for family "

"Lovely stay, with fab spa facilities and amazing breakfast. Only negatives were the room was sparsely decorated and a bit sterile (perfectly clean and wonderful bed/bathroom) and a humming sound through the night which was possibly coming from a boiler next door. Would definitely stay again"

"Everything at the hotel was excellent. The room was furnished well, the bathroom looked to be new. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restuarant choices for breakfast was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay there again"
