"Very pleased with J9. Perfect location for beach and pool access. Complex is well maintainened. Toilets could be upgraded. All toilets were very slow to flush and very low seated for older adults. We will definitely visit again."

"It was very peaceful and clean. Staff friendly. But we stayed for 2 nights and only 1 trash can ( small) in room. Would have been nice to have at least 2 trash cans and trash from first day emptied."

"The place was perfect! The beach was a 3 minute walk and literally NO ONE was there. The beach is very short but still room in the soft sand to setup a tent/canopy. We could walk about 50 yards and still be knee deep during high tide. The house and surrounding area was so quite and peaceful, we'd sit on the front porch and just listen to nature. With ZERO light pollution you could see the Milky Way at night.My recommendation to travelers is to stop in Panacea or Carrabelle and stock up on food and snacks. No one delivers and restaurants are about 20 minutes away so come prepared. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back."

"This was one of our favorite family vacations. We had an amazing week. The host was wonderful to work with. The home is well stocked with all the things we needed. The layout of the house worked out perfectly....plenty of room for our large group to gather together. We loved all the seating around the table so we could eat together (with an amazing view)! When the teens and younger kids wanted to do their own thing the 2 family rooms offered some separation so they had their hangout area and the adults had one too. Right on the beach with great view of 4th of July fireworks. Jet ski rental and some good food just a short walk down the beach. The teens loved how close the basketball courts were to the house and were shooting ball every evening. A bonfire on the beach...awesome! Oh, and the stars... you can see ALL the stars! Beautiful! Spent a lot of time in the pool too! Can't say enough good things. My dad is ready to plan our return trip. Thanks again!"
