Calabash refers to "TOP SHELF". This is a big 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor unit located within 1/2 mile of grocery stores, numerous restaurants, bars and grills, gift shops and unique specialty stores. Sleeps 6 people very comfortably. (1) queen bed) (1 single bed in each bedroom. Two new couches in living room. Full working kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen bar, washer and dryer. Big open living room with HD cable service. Large outside screened in porch and deck area with BBQ and cooking area. Big screen HD tv for all of the games! Perfect spot for families and seniors alike. Wi-Fi is included. Outside items such as beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are not provided. During Hurricane season (June1 - November30) we strongly advise guests to take out the travel protection plan offered through VRBO to protect your trip! We do not allow pets! The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time during your stay is (6) people! There is no smoking allowed inside the house or the screened in porch, thanks for understanding and please adhere to the rules and policies during your stay.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!Hunter's Place is a must on SGI! Location was convenient to everything.The walk down to the beach was quick and easy. The unit was roomy enough for the three of us.The kitchen had everything we needed for our morning breakfast before heading down to the beach.Definately would recommend to anyone and currently looking at dates to book again!

We have stayed at this place multiple times and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is ground level and a quuck walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for better sunrises and sunsets! The owner is the best to work with and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as stated in the description and you can't get any closer to the beach. My husband did some shore fishing and caught a few and the beach is not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was fantastic! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

This place meet all of our expectations. It was right on the beach and in close proximity to everything we needed. Not to forget, it was beautifully furnished! The owner was courteous and responded to any questions we had. We will definitely be going back! Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Excellent Location

We had a great time! We wanted to get away and relax for a few days and this house was perfect for that. It was very close to downtown but also private. We made good use of the kitchen and the screen porch. Rick was responsive and everything was easy and quick.

Fantastic

Great weekend getaway. This is the second time staying at this house and will be going back again soon. Clean, quite and right on the beach. Even with it being the middle of summer there was plenty of room on the beach to setup and enjoy your day.

Excellent Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time! House was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of four! Owner was very responsive to questions. Amazing location-just steps from the beach we didn’t have to pack everything with us we just had to take a super quick walk back to the house. Beach was very pretty and not crowded. Quiet, comfortable beach stay

This condo has comfortable beds, sofa, and furniture. Together with a kitchen that has everything needed, made for a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and short walks to town for donuts, ice cream, grocery store, and restaurants. From the beach we saw colorful sunset and sunrise skies. We were happy that the beach wasn't crowded even though it was a spring break week, Thank you for days of good memories!

Comfy and Cozy

This is a charming condo just steps from the beach. Great location for going out to eat or shop on the island. If you like to cook you will have a complete kitchen. We especially enjoyed the screened in sun porch with a fan for those rainy days or evenings when you wanted to sit and read or listen to the waves. This condo is perfect for families as well as 2 couples vacationing together.

Anniversary getaway with Ian ;)

We had a bit of a nervous start with hurricane Ian in the Gulf. We ended up getting some gusty winds, but overall nothing too scary. Loved sitting in the screen porch listening to the waves. We enjoyed a nice quiet trip. Perfect for celebrating our 35th anniversary.
