IT PROVIDES SOME OF THE BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND AS IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH ACCESS ON 8TH STREET. YOU CAN SWIM IN THE GULF AND ENJOY THE PRISTINE SAND OF ST GEORGE OR SWIM IN THE POOL, IT HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. THE COTTAGES ARE ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPPING, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CAN FIND. We came down for a short but pleasant getaway trip. The setup is very nice, as one unit is private enough for a couple, but the complex is perfect for a family trip, as we met a family staying in the other three units. The facilities are in great shape, and beach access is close and easy to use. The host was detailed and fast to address any questions we had. We will definitely return

This location was excellent, the beach was right across the street and a short walk over the dune boardwalk. The cottage was clean and bright. The kitchen was well supplied. The downtown area was just a 20 minute walk. The area was very quiet, not much traffic at all.

This is a great little two bedroom. Perfect for Mom/Daughter trip. I have already recommended it to several friends. Love being across street from beach. We took advantage of the convienent golf cart rentals. Highly recomment

Was nice having the beach right across the street. Just pick up your beach chair and go. The apartment was very clean and the linens on the bed, fresh and crisp. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our fresh seafood. The pool was an added bonus. Was nice to take a dip in after our morning walks.

Property is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and fairly quiet! Price was on point. NO stairs is a big plus. The pool needs some attention but nice to have at the end of the day on the beach. Laura the Property manager took good care of us and our needs. We would definitely stay thete again
