"What a fabulous place to stay! I've been coming to South Lake Tahoe for many many years and I never knew this place existed! The rooms are fabulous - I had a room with a small balcony, not much of a view, but still nice to be able to go outside. The courtyard area and restaurant on-site were amazing. Live music, a firepit, beer, friends... loved it!"

"Our room was in the back of the property. It was quiet with no road noise from the highway. We had the king size room with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. It was very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy. Free parking was a very nice touch for that area. The property was a 10 minute walk to a beach area, 15 minute walk to some trails up in the trees and only a few minutes from the stateline. I have no complaints. Was worth our price."

"This is an older hotel but it is right on the beach so great access and views. Definitely get a room with the balcony or patio facing the beach. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4:15, we only booked about a half hour before, so we got upgraded to a corner room with a balcony and windows on 2 sides facing the beach. It also had a small kitchen in the upgraded room. The room was clean and the beds softer than most hotels but comfortable. There was a gas stove in the room for heat which we used as the nights get chilly in Sept. The bath with the shower and toilet are small and not updated but like I said this is an older hotel. Everything was clean though and you couldn’t beat the view. I would stay there again."
