"Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful;.On our last day, checkout was at noon. I asked if they had a room to change into travel clothes since our flight did not leave Santiago until 8:55 pm. Without hesitation, the main manager at the front desk said that we could stay in our room until 4;30 pm. when we had arranged for a transfer to the airport. This hotel is located close to the city centre with an easy walk to Place de Armas. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel."
"The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and coffee was strong! Best of all, the location is central in downtown, walking distance to many landmarks. :)"
"Todo muy acorde al precio y categoría: habitaciones limpias y cómodas, desayuno muy satisfactorio y pese a que la zona no es la mejor, queda cerca de todo. El staff impecable."
