The kind staff at this lovely hotel honored my last-minute reservation with grace. The suite was enormous with beautiful natural light and electric shutters, and the kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking and food prep. A problem arose with the bathroom plumbing and the staff handled it swiftly and professionally so that I did not have to change rooms. The lady who cleaned the suite after the bathroom work was done took great care to ensure the entire suite was spotless. The location is ideal as well: short walk to the beach. I hope I have occasion to stay again, In Sha Allah. Thank you Amina and crew,

- The hotel is located in a residential area and far from amenities. - Parking is included and accessible. - There are elevators. - The hotel is dated. The towels are old and discolored. - The appliances are old and very used. For example our microwave had no labels on the buttons and we had to guess how to use it - very adventurous, lol. - We did not eat the breakfast. - The Pool is outdoors, we did not use it because we traveled in December and it was cold and raining. - Tariq at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you. However, the other front desk staff (who was a female) was not as supportive when we asked for clean bed sheets. - The room design is strange. The room we stayed in the bed is right next to the front door. - The hallways are unlit and very dark. - There are washing machines in the rooms which is great for laundry, but no dryers. You must air dry which is great and saves on energy. Clothes drying racks are provided.

Très insatisfait de mon séjour pour les raisons suivantes: - pas de télé pendant tout le séjour malgré nos réclamations - seulement 2 serviettes de toilette (déjà utilisées) nous ont été proposées (pour 4 personnes) ! - escalier de piscine cassé - personnel discourtois - absence prestation de ménage malgré ce qui a été annoncé - même carte de clé pour plusieurs appartements hôtel !

Bon séjour, hôtel familiale récent et propre.

Bel hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Une propreté impeccable et un personnel à l'écoute. Pas de restaurant sur place et un petit déjeuner bien mais sans choix, avec seulement du thé proposé. La piscine est jolie et le bassin pour les plus petits est particulièrement appréciable.

J'ai tout aimé J'ai tout aimé sur tout le personnel Chaima soukaïna et femme de l'étage il y avait une fille qui s'appelait hafida rabeyrin tout le monde même le surveillant comme la responsable de l'hôtel souriante agréable serviable rien à dire merci pour tout c'est Sabah et surtout schaima elle m'a supporter très très longtemps et soukaïna aussi je leur fais pleins de bisous
