Beautiful sea sight

Spacious appartement, with big terrasse. Beautiful view. Quiet lie. Nice kitchen with good equipement. Dishes, knifes and forks incomplete or broken. Should be renewed. Vacuumcleaner was to dirty to use. Better maintenance needed.

rustige ligging met fantastisch uitzicht

Hoog gelegen appartement met zeer mooi uitzicht richting zee. Groot terras, ruime kamer, prima keuken. Parkeren in de ondergrondse garage op een ruime plek. Helaas zou het onderhoud in de woning wel wat beter mogen. Links en rechts wat kleine kapotte zaken. Servies en bestek zou ook mogen worden vervangen door betere kwaliteit. Nu was het een allegaartje. Al ,met al een mooi appartement wat nóg beter zou kunnen zijn als er wat aandacht zou zijn voor wat details.

Prachtig ruim appartement

De moderne lichte binnenruimte, het grote balkon met zowel schaduw als zon mogelijkheid en de prachtige uitzichten rondom, zee, de bergen en het zwembad. En de airco in huis en alle slaapkamers ! Hadden het idee dat de vloeren niet gedweild waren. Verder perfect.

Les plus à apporter.

L'ensemble de ces petits blocs sont très bien entretenus. Beaucoup de verdure et de fleurs avec du personnel pour faire l'entretien très aimables. La piscine est très bien. C'est une résidence à échelle humaine. Les appartements sont grands. La place de parking. Il faudrait pour que cet appartement soit bien plusieurs choses : Beaucoup plus de vaisselle, bols, assiettes, de vrais couverts notamment au niveau des couteaux, des poêles, car cet appartement peut aller jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il manque aussi d'entretien comme par exemple les porte- fenêtres qui ne ferment pas à clé. La porte de douche qui est cassée en haut et donc qu'il faut faire attention, Le boitier de la climatisation qui a été changé et on voit les marques de l'ancien boitier. La poignée de la buanderie qui est prête à casser car elle remue dans tous les sens. Dans la chambre parentale la lumière allume tout et si l'on veut simplement lire et ne pas embêter l'autre ce n'est pas possible, il n'y a pas de lumière dédiée à chaque côté du lit. Cet appartement pourrait être vraiment bien si quelques améliorations étaient apportées et surtout ne se détériore de trop même si celui-ci n'est dédié qu'à la location.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, la terraza fenomenal , muy habitable se podía comer y cenar, no molestaba el sol, las vistas muy bonitas, se veía la playa, el residencial está compuesto por cinco bloques y el nuestro era el más cercano a la piscina. La playa un pelín lejos a tres km. Pero en general bien. El aire acondicionado tienen que arreglarlo salía olor a tubería

Sehr schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Man ist in der Anlage lediglich etwas 'ab vom schuss ' sodass man doch immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
