Tucked away on the edge of a forest in Sestri Levante, this pet-friendly bungalow is a peaceful haven for up to 4 guests. Surrounded by greenery, the property is ideal for families or friends looking to relax in nature while staying within easy reach of Liguria’s coastline and charming villages.

The single-storey bungalow features a functional open kitchen with a ceramic hob, hood, and fridge-freezer. It includes three bedrooms: a room with a king-size bed, a second with a single bed, and a children's room with bunk beds or two singles. The bathroom comes with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Heating ensures comfort in cooler seasons.

Guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, outdoor barbecue, table tennis, and a private garden furnished for outdoor dining. There’s even a conservatory/veranda for year-round use, a projection screen available on request, and on-site stables for an added countryside charm. Just 12 km from the sea, 10 km from Sestri Levante’s vibrant center, and close to restaurants and nature trails, this retreat offers a unique blend of adventure and tranquility. WiFi included.

Wir waren vom 6. bis 20. Juli als Familie mit 2 Kindern und einem Hund in einem Chalet auf dem Anwesen. Hier ist die Rezension: Die Reise: Wenn Sie abschalten und einen Urlaub pur in der Natur genießen möchten, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Das Anwesen liegt etwa 30 Autominuten von der Stadt Sestri Levante entfernt. Von dort aus geht es zunächst ca. 12 km auf normalen Straßen bergauf und dann noch einmal 3 km auf einem abenteuerlichen Weg, auf dem bis auf wenige Stellen nur Platz für ein Auto ist. Der Weg ist nachts nicht beleuchtet, daher haben wir darauf geachtet, immer mit dem letzten Tageslicht hinaufzufahren. Achten Sie auf hervorstehende Äste und Dornenbüsche, die Kratzer auf der Oberfläche hinterlassen können. Siehe Video: https://www.facebook.com/129881890413638/videos/568028280390562/ Der Aufenthalt: Wir wohnten in einem Chalet 400 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt im Wald. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, ein Etagenbett, ein Einzelbett und ein Klappbett. Zu viert waren wir voll ausgelastet. Alles war vorhanden, und was fehlte, konnte nachgefragt werden. Ein Nachteil der Cottages ist, dass es nur zwei Gasbrenner gibt, so dass beim Kochen einige Anpassungen erforderlich sind. Allerdings gibt es etwas tiefer einen Grillplatz (obwohl dieser nicht gemäht wurde) und Sie können den großen Grillplatz am Haupthaus nutzen. Die Chalets sind recht einfach, erwarten Sie also keinen Luxus; Der Standard ähnelt einem Wohnwagen mit dünnen Wänden. Seien Sie auf die Natur vorbereitet, das heißt Salamander, Mücken, Motten, Käfer, Spinnen, manchmal Skorpione und ja, Glühwürmchen. Da es keine Moskitonetze gibt, ist es eine kleine Herausforderung herauszufinden, wie und wann man die Fenster öffnet, aber wir haben dies als Tipp gegeben. Unser Chalet benötigte hier und da einige Wartungsarbeiten, die wir dem Eigentümer gemeldet haben, aber nicht übermäßig. Die auf der Website genannten Kosten gelten pro Person, also bedenken Sie dies. Jede Person zahlt für den Pool, WLAN usw. Walter ist jemand, der auf Anfrage vielleicht einen Pauschalpreis anbietet. Auf dem Anwesen gibt es eine Seilrutsche, eine Schaukel, ein Klettergerüst, eine Wippe und einen mit Quellwasser gefüllten Pool, der alle 4 bis 5 Tage gewechselt werden muss (
