"Ho effettuato una prenotazione con le opzioni a pagamento in specie rimborso in caso di disdetta e colazione. Alla conferma del preventivo dopo 5 minuti mi sono visto aumentare il prezzo di €50, va Ho dovuto per forza confermare prima di vedermi ha aumentato nuovamente il preventivo. in struttura dopo aver pernottato mi hanno negato la colazione nonostante io fossi sicuro di averla inclusa e non vi era successivamente alcun modo di recuperare il preventivo dettagliato sebbene ci fosse indicata...
