They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. Only recommendation would be when dropped off by transportation :taxi or uber ask to be dropped off on the main road Via carbonara if you don’t want to have a scary moment walking through small alleys , believe me is not the greatest first impression."
