Set in the beautiful Gulf of Castellammare, the homonymous town descends gently towards the sea to the castle, between two magnificent beaches of soft golden sands. Particular is the conformation of the port, the center of evening life. Here, every morning you can buy freshly caught fish from the boats and take the boat (or rent a boat) for excursions along the wonderful coast (Scopello-Zingaro Reserve-San Vito lo Capo) with a stop for bath At about 8 km, stands Scopello, a charming ancient fishing village, famous for its Faraglioni and crystal clear waters, a true paradise for divers for the richness of marine flora and fauna. Soon after, a string of pearls 7 km long. A succession of walls overlooking the sea, rugged headlands, magnificent coves, deep indentations, caverns and submarine tunnels, fantastic beaches of pebbles and sands that are reflected in a pristine sea with changing tones: it is the Zingaro nature reserve.

Pleasant if basic apartment on the outskirts of town

A light and clean apartment on the first floor of a small block, half a mile walk from the commercial and tourist centre. Basically furnished and lacking a few items an English visitor might expect such as a kettle and can opener. Salvatore was very helpful with requests although he did not speak any English so requests are best made via e-mail/text so that google can be used for translation! Check in a bit tricky as the first digits of his phone number are the same as the country code making it difficult to understand what you need to dial from the instructions and you need to phone him to pick you up from a nearby bar as it is difficult to provide directions until you have seen where the property is down a couple of private driveways off a back street.

Merci à Salvatore pour son accueil et pour la qualité d'échange avec sa famille. L'appartement était propre et spacieux, avec une climatisation essentielle au mois d'août. La situation impose une voiture de location, mais une place de parking est réservée.. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances en Sicile, et notre fille de 6 ans était ravie (entre Gelato, spiaggia,et sites historiques) Pour la plongée, le club Centro Sub Atlantis est parfait Merci Salvatore Dominique, Stéphanie et Garance

Piacevole vacanza in una bella casa

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza in questa casa molto gradevole, posizione ottima per raggiungere la riserva dello zingaro e altri posti vicino. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e cortese, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per il nostro viaggio, tra cui le terme segestane facilmente raggiungibili a circa 10 minuti di strada. La macchina può essere posteggiata facilmente sotto casa nel posto auto privato. La pulizia quasi ottima, magari con qualche piccolo accorgimento in più sarebbe stata anche perfetta. Sarebbe apprezzabile avere una tv anche in camera da letto così come in cucina. Per il resto consigliatissimo.

Il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono degli ospiti eccezionali! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati ed assistiti per qualsiasi necessità o curiosità. Sono sempre stati disponibili per supporto e informazioni, dando consigli preziosi su quanto si può trovare di meglio nel posto. L'appartamento, sempre fresco nonostante il caldo, grazie ad una posizione ottimale è perfettamente pulito e spazioso. La posizione, anche se non centrale o frontemare, consente di avere un parcheggio riservato ed una mobilità molto facile verso ogni bellezza del paese e dei dintorni che si voglia visitare. "La casa e' confortevole,...

"La casa e' confortevole, attrezzata in maniera impeccabile, viene consegnata perfettamente pulita e profumata. Tutte le rivendite indispensbili nella quotidianita' (supermercato, tabaccheria, pasticceria, farmacia, giornalaio, bar) sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi, per tutto il resto un breve tragitto in auto porta al centro o al porto di Castellammare del golfo. Comodissima la dislocazione che permette di accedere rapidamente sia ai percorsi per le spiagge, sia alla superstrada che consente di raggiungere rapidamente Palermo e Trapani etc.. La disponibilita' cortesia ospitalita' e discrezione dei proprietari sono un valore aggiunto non trascurabile di questa scelta assolutamente consigliabile."

Una tranquilla location

Appartamento pulito ampio e freschissimo che anche se presente l'aria condizionata non abbiamo mai avuto la necessità di usarla. La cortesia di Salvatore e della sua famiglia ci ha accolto con il calore e la simpatia tipica Siciliana dandoci consigli e indicazioni utilissimi. L'ultimo giorno ci hanno salutato offrendoci una abbondantissima granita al limone che abbiamo gustato al mare e al nostro ritorno la graditissima sorpresa di averci preparato delle caldissime e deliziosissime cassatelle alla ricotta fatte in casa. Che dire di più tutto ottimo grazie.

Una settimana è volata in questo confortevole appartamento. Pulito, soleggiato, con mobilio praticamente pari al nuovo. Comodo il parcheggio, vicina la spiaggia... e da qui via per visitare le altre bellissime spiagge della Sicilia settentrionale. Consigliato!!!

Appartement quasi neuf

Appartement Primula (réf 6088664) au 1er étage d'un immeuble appartenant à la famille du proprio. Très bel appartement avec clim et lave linge ! Petit balcon. On se gare au pied de l'immeuble ! Proprio sympa, aucun pbl pour la réas et le paiement. Environnement moins joli et excentré du centre ville.Tout se fait en voiture (plage à au moins 1,3kms). Supermarchés nombreux à proximité : il centisimo (bcp de choix, grande surface malgré un parking tout petit). Le Bar La sorgente pour les arancini. Éviter pizza Plazza pour les pizzas (peu de goûts et assez chères finalement). Très bon Resto pour manger du couscous de la mer et pâtes fraîches maisons : pecato di gola, près de la salumeria (pour y acheter charcuterie et fromage bon rapport qualité prix) : l'Angolo del buon gustaio. De l'autre côté le meilleur glacier : Vernaci ! Peu de possibilités de faire du shopping à Castellamare del Golfo où alors je n'ai pas trouvé. Acheter ses fruits et légumes à la coopérative de la piazza petrolo (ne pas y aller trop tôt le matin pour laisser le temps aux agriculteurs de livrer leur récolte) Très belles plages/criques à Scopello. Assez déçue par San Vito Lo Capo (rien d'exceptionnel et saturé de monde !) Belle plage aussi à Castellamare mais assez loin dans le golf (suivre la route qui longe la voie ferrée et la plage ) et s'arrêter au niveau de la passerelle en hauteur qui traverse la voie ferrée. En effet, sur cette longue plage il peut y avoir des saletés, des galets, du sable etc... C'est au niveau de cette passerelle que nous l'avons trouvé la plus belle ( eau transparente, chaude, sable fin et longue bande de sable pour les enfants qui ont pieds). Cefalu à moins de 2h de route, très beau centre ville, idéal pour faire du shopping !! (Manger à la Botte, 2è rue à gauche après l'église). Beau temple à Segeste (1/2h de route). Attention pour le retour à l'aéroport de Palerme, la station service est à CARINI (près du Auchan).

Appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort

Salvatore è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile nel venirci Incontro sugli orari di check-in e check- out. L'appartamento è grande e nuovo di zecca, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo, lo consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo sicuramente!!

Perfetta!

L'appartamento si trova all'entrata del paese che si è poi rivelata essere una posizione ottimale. Innanzitutto la zona è tranquilla e arieggiata. Dalla casa sono facilmente raggiungibil,i senza dover passare per il dedalo di viuzze del centro di castellammare, tutte le meravigliose calette e altri siti di interesse nelle vicinanze. A pochi metri scorre una delle arterie principali dove si possono trovare tutti i servizi necessari, dai bar alle banche, farmacia e supermercati e ristoranti. L' appartartamento è bellissimo dotato di tutti i comfort e completamente accessoriato. Spaziosa la terrazza godibile per belle colazioni mattutine e pasti serali.Pulitissimo. Il Sign. Salvatore il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e più che disponibile. Parcheggio auto privato. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa!!!!
