Nice big room, ideal for a family of 3 (Junior Suite), good decent breakfast. Extremely clean, well-maintained establishment about 10 min walk from the train station (If you walk and have suitcases then do note that you will have to cross bridges with stairs)

Excellent small hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, superb location to visit major sites , very easy walk to Rialto in one direction and st Marks square in the other

The family room we had was exceptional. It was spacious with balcony overlooking canal.

Stayed at the annex building. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for Venice. Huge, modern shower was a bonus.

We had a view onto the main water way . It was lovely to open the doors and look and have a lovely breeze. Breakfast was a highlight. Great way to start your day.

Great place but I think the staff was the biggest strength. We found them very cooperative courteous and polite, it was a pleasure to stay at this place.

The check-in was wonderful and smooth, and a gentleman helped us up to our room and set the heater for us and explained everything. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom and plenty of space for two people with a view of the canal.. We enjoyed the bar area and sitting area after having a nice dinner in the city center.. lots of nice areas to sit and relax. This beautiful old Palazzetto is my home away from home. The wonderful staff always make me feel at home. The housekeeping is next level and the breakfast buffet is always delicious and generously served by happy friendly staff. I’ll be back :)
