"The staff were very good. The hotel is not as luxurious as the photos used. Room was at the top of a very steep stairway so if you have a lot of heavy luggage be ready. Overall it was a decent place to stay but for the cost you could do better elsewhere."

"We had a suite. It was room 403. While it was spacious, it could have been better lit. I found it difficult to see clearly in some areas of the suite. There were portions of hard wood along with carpeted areas, however the carpeted areas could have been cleaner. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall a very good experience."

"The air conditioner didn't go below 23'C (hot)... The room was a nice size and the view from the windows were good, just very hot at night time when we were trying to sleep. Friendly and professional staff. "

"Got the triple room - very nice includes a real queen size bed and a day bed. The day bed is firm but the queen bed has a nice mattress. Bathroom was nice and big. It was in a great location 8 min walk to the san Marco square - and Great launching point for activities. Breakfast was killer - really enjoyed it!"
