Good morning, We are very sorry to read this negative review about us. Also because we always do our best to be kind and transparent with customers and not do fake marketing.We're not sure what Hotels.com advertises, but we do have evidence where we write hotel amenities as "access to a nearby outdoor pool" and not that we have our own poolThe price of the swimming pool nearby to enter with our discount is still very reasonable, only 3.00 per person for the whole day now on the lake, they don't charge it anywhere.For the use of chlorine we are sorry it was excessive in this case, usually we are complimented for cleaning without disturbance as regards the use of products, but it is still very subjective.The bed has a standard size, so if one is not too tall it shouldn't have problems, but it is still a request that can be made at the time of booking in order to clarify the matter immediately and not have problems after the stay.We have a very nice position in front of the lake, but unfortunately it is not our fault if the water is muddy, nor if there is rock, because our stretch of lake is often like this, just look at some photos to understand it even if there are several easily accessible accesses to the lake with pebble beaches.We are very sorry but we still hope to see you again.Best Regards

Dear Guest, We are sorry to read this review. First, mistakes can be make by anyone - and we made them with some reservations. We contacted Expedia explaning the problem, but no one force you get the garden view room, if you did not want to have it - you were obsolutely free to cancel it. We just offer you an option with a lower price. Moreover the Hotel has direct lake view as you said, so we think you could enjoy the view every moment of your holiday, from the breakfast up to the night on the terrace. The door of the fridge unfortunately couldn't be repaired because the producer was closed in that week, like almost of the companies in Italy on "Ferragosto". The parking is quiete big and there is place for every car, and the Hotel guests have their own parking. For the date of birthday...Sorry, our forgetfulness.
