Staff responded quickly to questions through the Expedia app and were friendly and helpful. We arrived on an early morning flight and were able to leave our bags there while out sightseeing, as well as check into our room early (2pm), which we really appreciated. There are also laundry facilities in the basement of the property that we were able to use."
