"Room fridge was never less than warm (not even cool). No hand towels exist. No outlet in bathroom for hair dryer or other appliances. No cable channels- only a few local news channels accessible. Most rooms overlook a moldy run down rooftop & furnace area."

The room was very clean and accommodating. Every floor has a Gallery which I used everyday. I can keep going but just know this is the place to stay."

"The location was fantastic! The room was modern, clean, and a great size for the two of us. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated that towels were refreshed daily and the water and coffee were restocked. Check-in and check-out were self-service, so there wasn’t much interaction with staff. One evening, I wanted some tea, and the restaurant server kindly let me take a teapot up to my room, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again!"
